Surplus Policy

CHOCOTEC manages production and marketing of chocolate products and chocolate substitutes, and marketing of raw materials, industrial products and confectionery consumer products which are our main source of food surpluses.


CHOCOTEC commits to:


  • Perform controls and maintain records of production line startups.
  • Perform controls during the production process to avoid surplus or waste of products.
  • Maintain records of control of waste from surplus packaging material.
  • Maintain records of control of waste from surplus packaging material.

This Policy will be reviewed periodically to develop improvements within the SGIA.

We implement rigorous controls and maintain detailed records of production line startups, as well as during the process to minimize surplus and product waste. Additionally, we maintain accurate records of waste control related to surplus packaging material to ensure efficient and sustainable management of our resources.

Safety and Quality Policy

At CHOCOTEC, we are dedicated to the manufacturing of chocolate products and substitutes, as well as the marketing of raw materials and confectionery products.


We have adopted a Food Safety and Quality Management System based on the FSSC 22000 scheme for our products, which we use to meet our customers' requirements, applicable legislation and regulations, implementing controls in our processes to minimize contamination risks.


We promote continuous improvement to increase our competitiveness, involving personnel to develop their competence and their culture of safety and quality, thus ensuring food safety in our operations.
